Exam-done-slash-housewarming-party

Last Friday we had our exam, so that evening we were celebrating that it was over (for this time..!) and at the same time there was a housewarming party at our friends. Here are some pics from the night. I have promised to be nice when publishing the pics so I will (if you don't think so, just think of what kind of pictures I chose NOT to publish ;P ).

First a make-up pic. I used two golden eyeshadows from the H&M palette, IsaDora Fine Liner (liquid eyeliner ) and 2000 calories mascara in black from MaxFactor.

And now pics from the pre-pre party at Jennie&Hanna's, pre-party at Oskar & Co, and then from the bar PL13

This weekend's happenings

Here are some pictures of this weekend. Or they actually start last Thursday when I worked in the bar at the student pub called Villan (The Villa).

Oskar (yes there are two Oscars), our teamleader :p

During last Friday, Kasper and I watched the no 5 and 6 Harry Potter movies because we are going on the premiere on Wednesday so we needed an update! No pictures of that..

Yesterday we went to a tapas bar in Helsingborg together with Ida and her boyfriend Martin, Hanna, Jennifer and Maria. Afterwards we went to a bar called Mogwai for some drinks..

These two pictures pretty much describes one part of the evening. A lot of text-sending with other peoples phones ;)

This weekend's happenings

This Friday all the girls came and we had taco-night with nachos, fajitas, Coronas and everything that goes with it.

Yesterday (Saturday) started with brunch at Brooklyn together with Benjamin and Janni visiting from Denmark. We then showed them Helsingborg, who had decided to be on the good side and showed us some sun and beautiful colors on the trees. We then went to Väla shopping center outside Helsingborg and Kasper and I found some jars for tea and some other stuff (in a separate post). After a nice dinner of parmesan breaded halibut with avocado, rucola and sprouts, and my Swedish apple pie with ice cream, Kasper and I said farewell to the Danes and went clubbing with the gang.

Today, I bit tired and confused of the time change (winter time) Kasper, Charlie and I went to the forest and I got some pictures with my new phone.

A girls night home; cheese, wine and nail polishes!

Yesterday the girls and I gathered at my place to eat cheese, drink wine and to do nails. I introduced Konad to them and we had a great evening (eventhoug my tummy hurted after all the cheese..) chatting, discussing and painting. Here are some pictures:

All kindes of different cheeses, crackers, grapes, nachos, guacamole..

Brie, crackers, pepper fruit, crostini

This is one of my friends mani. She used the same Laka i used here, and stamped a white flower on top.

I tried out the new Konad plate with French nailtips on on one of my friends. It was a bit hard to adjust and to get it even, but the border turned out really nice.

Black Konad hearts on top of Kiko nr 251 (?)

Lovely on the thumb
And last a zebra pattern! Black Depend base and white Konad on top

My last weeks mani will come in a separate blog post.

Eating out

One of the many nice things about having friends visiting is that you get a good excuse for going out. On Sunday evening we went to the sushi-place, Dao, next to the post office where you eat as much as you like and the food comes on a belt. As if we hadn't had enough food at Hard Rock..

And yesterday we went to Rosa Negra for mexican food and some more of their delicius raspberry mojitos.

Sadly Janni and Benjamin are going home today, so no more eating out for a while. But that will be good for my wallet. Because as a good friend, guide and hostess, I followed B&J to Diagonal Mar shopping center yesterday, and got home with a new bag, earrings, a top and a beach-dress. oops.

Now I'm meeting them for a goodbye-coffee at Foc :)

Drinks, football and beach

After the all amarican feast yesterday at Hard Rock, we didn't have space for more food, so instead for dinner we went to a bar to celebrate Kasper's birthday and to se El Clásico. The bar we were supposed to go to, Foc, were full so instead we went to a Irish pub, The Fastnet, not far away. A lot of friends, beer (Swedish cider for me) and a 0-2 victory for Barca made the evening. The four of us then ended at Foc (when the game was over) anyway to finish of with a juicy cocktail and some nachos.

Today Kasper and I dressed up like turists (or more dressed down), with shorts (for the first time this year), flip-flops, espadrillos, bikinitop and some sunscreen and went to the beach. It was a bit windy, but ok if you laid down. Still think it the water is too cold.

Here are some pics from yesterday:
